Coordinated, often pre-planned, mass online activity to affect a piece of content, or an account, or an entire community or message board. 특정한 내용이나 계정, 또는 게시판이나 커뮤니티 전체에 대해 행해지는 조직적이고, 대부분의 경우 미리 계획된 대규모의 온라인 행동.
Examples include coordinated upvoting or downvoting a post to affect its distribution, mass-reporting an account (usually falsely) for abuse in an attempt to cause the service provider to suspend it, or inundating a business with good or bad reviews. 예시로는 추천이나 비추천 수 조작으로 게시물의 공개 범위에 영향을 주거나, (대부분의 경우 거짓으로) 대량으로 계정을 신고해 서비스 제공자가 정지하게 하거나, 좋은 리뷰나 나쁜 리뷰를 대량으로 보내 리뷰를 조작하는 것 등이 포함이다.
